The firm provides a variety of services such as professional learning experiences, restorative conflict resolution, educational consulting services, and program implementation support services. RestorativeFlo Educational Solutions, LLC is a solution–focused, innovative, and results-driven education consulting firm that provides virtual and in-person services to meet and exceed the specific needs of our clients. The plan is to position the business to become the leading brand in the restorative practices, social emotional learning, adult wellness industry.
Meet Sharon Bradley
Sharon Bradley, M.ed. is Founder and Principal Consultant for RestorativeFlo Educational Solutions. Sharon Bradley is highly experienced in district/school leadership, executive coaching, and consulting. As an SEL4TX board member, she works diligently to help shape the schools districts’ approach to social and emotional development and restorative discipline practices for all students in the state of Texas. Throughout her 21 years in education, she has served as social emotional learning/restorative practices director, alternative high school principal, assistant principal, dropout prevention program coordinator, general education teacher, and special education teacher. She is an advocate for statewide SEL and equity for all students in the state of Texas. In her role, Sharon designs and facilitates adult SEL professional learning experiences nationally. Mrs. Bradley is trained in Crucial Conversations, Social Emotional Learning and certified as a Restorative Practices facilitator/trainer. She is a graduate of Mississippi State University where she earned her bachelor's degree in Special Education; and her master's degree in Educational Administration from Prairie View A & M University.
